Dr. Blake Hemphill earned a bachelor’s in Spanish from Harding University, where he played tennis as an Intercollegiate Tennis Association Scholar. He then attended Texas A&M University of Baylor College of Dentistry and graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery. To top it all off, he graduated as valedictorian from Saint Louis University with a Certificate of Orthodontics and a Master of Science in Orthodontics.

Celina Braces
Traditional braces are an effective and popular orthodontic option. The metal or ceramic brackets are attached to the teeth, then connected by wires and tiny rubber bands or elastics. These parts work together through regular adjustments to apply gentle pressure, which will gradually move the teeth into the desired positions.

Invisalign aligners are made of a comfortable plastic material and designed to fit snugly over the patient’s teeth. The trays are virtually invisible and are usually switched out every 1-2 weeks for the next in the series. This keeps the teeth moving in the right direction! Aligners must be worn 20-22 hours per day throughout treatment in order for them to do their job. Patients who neglect to wear the aligners as directed can have a negative impact on the results and also add time to the orthodontic process.
